Be thankfully present = ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’

The most powerful thing you can do right now is to be thankfully present.ย

Regardless if you have a dream or no dream.ย

Regardless of your beliefs and goals.

Being thankfully present IS the most powerful gift you can give to yourself, your family, and your business.ย

And this is how!

Let’s start with getting on the same page and understanding what it means to โ€œbe thankfully presentโ€.

Be =ย ๐Ÿ

“Being” is a state, but it’s hard to describe what it actually means to โ€œbeโ€.ย

It’s almost easier to describe what it does NOT mean.

Not just thinking. Not just feeling. Not just pretending. Not just acting.

It’s all of it, in harmony. But in harmony with what?

Because โ€œbeingโ€ is a state we need to pick a state to measure it.ย

So let us pick โ€œthankfulnessโ€.

What does it mean to โ€œbe thankfulโ€?

It means to be in harmony with thankfulness.

It means to think thankful thoughts, observe thankful thoughts, feel thankfulness in heart, and act in accordance with thankfulness. It means to have full experience of thankfulness in mind-body-heart, internally and externally.ย

This means that you embody, experience, and radiate a frequency of thankfulness. That is what I understand with “being“.

Is it โ€œbeโ€ or โ€œbeeโ€?ย ๐Ÿ

It’s both.ย

So let us talk about bees!

I believe that a bee is the most magical animal in the world.

And that is why I have chosen a โ€œbeeโ€ as a representation of my brand.

Let’s start with practicalities.

Bees not only live to collect nectar and make delicious honey out of it. So they literally live a very sweet life.

They also pollinate flowers in the process. This means that we get to enjoy many fruits, vegetables, and nuts just because of bees.ย

In essence, the bee comes to get what it wants (nectar) and in the process, it gets gifted with pollen. This gives plants what they want – pollination. And us what we want – fruits.ย

Win-win-win.

I believe this is the most magical partnership in nature representing the law of abundance.ย

And it gets better.ย

Have you heard about the expression โ€œworker beeโ€?ย

You don’t need to spend a lot of time in front of a hive to realize that bees have mind-blowing work ethics. They seem to be always working, always busy.

And it’s not just any work, it’s work for the greater good. They serve not only their hive but, as we discussed, they support ecosystems through pollination. I find this inspirational.

And there’s more. They also work in teams, they communicate and coordinate their efforts, to achieve much more than a single be ever could. How awesome is that?

The next one is coming from symbolism – bees are associated with joy. Obviously, how can you not enjoy your life and work with all that sweetness of honey and nectar?ย

I believe, that anyone who practices mindful eating has noticed a link between sweetness and joy.

(P.S. I have a book coming up on this topic. Let me know if you are interested in getting the first copy for proofreading.)

So, yes, bee = joy = work!ย

This reminds us that work is supposed to be enjoyable.

Work is also meant to be purposeful and meaningful. Bees embody this perfectly by serving their hive and ecosystem at the same time.ย

There’s more magic around bees, however, I believe it’s enough for this article to get you to tase of it.

I believe we all can learn to be like bees if we connect with our hearts and let our hearts do the talking.ย

Mind the expression โ€œhe speaks from his heartโ€. This is the frequency I am talking about.ย

And as I listen to my heart speak, I act from my heart as well.ย

In short: I do what I love, and I love what I do.

So as I listen to my heart I bee-come love.ย

I remember and am in my true essence – love.ย

I am love.

Thankfulness = ๐Ÿ™

Love heals everything.

It’s not time that does the healing, it’s love. It’s an absence of love that creates disease. And the return of love that heals.ย

Unfortunately, love is so convoluted and misunderstood that many people are struggling to relate to the feeling of love.ย

What does it mean โ€œloveโ€?ย

Greeks have 8 types of love. Which one should I choose?

When it comes to love, the mind has taken us over and created a lot of confusion.ย

That’s why I chose to start with thankfulness.ย

To be thankful, you must connect and open your heart to the beauty of the Universe. You must open your heart to God.ย

Namaste is the universal sign of thankfulness. And similarly, like with bees, it goes deeper.

The typical meaning of the word โ€œnamasteโ€ means: I recognize God within you. But I am only able to recognize something without it because I have already recognized it within.ย

Therefore, namaste becomes: God within me recognizes God within you. Unity. No separation.

And how grateful am I to have God in front of me?ย

How blessed I am to witness God both within and without?ย

Namaste. I am thankful.ย

I am love, happiness, peace, bliss, fulfillment.ย

Presence = ๐Ÿ’

Right now. At this moment. From moment to moment. Now. Continuously now.ย

Not in the past, not in the future. Now.

But how? Thankfully. With presence. With consciousness.ย

Through thankfulness, bringing mind-boy-heart in harmony and in observation of the present moment.ย

Harmony is important.ย

Imagine having a business meeting with a person having a blank stare, a lack of energy and interest. Almost like this person would rather be anywhere else but in a meeting with you. Completely not present. God knows what is this person thinking about. Maybe some personal drama for entertainment?

Now imagine a meeting with the same person, but this time there is sparkle in the eyes, person is eager to hear more from you. You have an exciting conversation, time flies. You come to agreement and thank each other for time well spent. You feel connected and alive.

In the first example, the physical body appeared to be in the conversation, but neither the mind nor the heart was present. In the second example, there was a full presence. Which type of conversations do you want more of in your life? I prefer ones with full presence. This means that I find it my responsibility to give this kind of experience to others from me.

For me, presence is being an observer. Without judging, without the need to change anything, observing as it is. And recognizing that the current moment is a gift. A present. And as I receive this gift of the present moment, I naturally feel like giving back. I am thankful. I give thanks.

And from this state of thankfulness, I want to give more. I feel like I have more to give.ย I have an open, loving, thankful heart. From this state, my heart is alive and my radiative presence alone becomes a gift. I don’t have to say or do anything. Just my being creates an impact (of thankfulness).

Just because I am present.ย

I am still. I am that I am. I am present to God. I am.

Is that a chocolate box? ๐Ÿ’

Yes, I love chocolate, but it has to be real chocolate! Real chocolate for me has to be vegan with low added sugar (at least 70% cacao).

And it’s also a heart with a ribbon tied to it. It’s a heart and a gift at the same time. Could it be more perfect?ย

Our thankful heart is the greatest gift we could ever give.

Our heart is our connection with God.

Our heart is our guide.

Our heart is what allows us to feel.

And it’s important to note that how we feel from moment to moment creates ripples in reality around us. And these ripples are not just figurative. My experience is that we all sense other people’s emotions through empathy. However, not all of us register it consciously. Most of us have automatic subconscious reactions to other people’s feelings – therefore there is an observable impact!

Our heart is our greatest power and greatest responsibility.

As a leader, I consider it my responsibility to create the most loving impact possible.ย

How do I create this impact?

Byย controllingย the only thing I can – myself.ย

I can control…

  • My state of being.ย

  • My remembrance of God.ย

  • My connection with my heart.ย

  • My intentionality to serve…

I can control my ability to be thankfully present.ย

I can ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’.ย

Now you get a glimpse of the power of these 3 emojis.

Be brave to feel it and have it magical! Will you?
