What is mindfulness? What is mindful walking?
For me, it’s walking consciously, with awareness to myself, to the environment to present. It’s being present with my actions, movements, thoughts, and emotions. Moment to moment.
It does not mean that I am doing less, not doing anything. I can be when equally “good” or “bad” while sitting, standing, walking, or running.
Then why limit our life of mindfulness only to being?
Take a balance between doing and being. Be while doing!
