We know this, right? On the paper, it sounds great. But then once the real-life test comes on… we suddenly seem to forget it, focus shifts from “why to do something”, to “why I should stay the same”.
And the worst thing is that if let in those doubts and you actually start listening to those excuses, they seem to become more and more convincing. Yes, they grow stronger with more attention we put on them.
Ignoring is not the answer, shifting focus back to values and what’sΒ important is.
